Uninstall the previous version.

Mount the ISO file. Run "GrooveAgentSE_64bit.msi" and install it.

If you have installed the "Steinberg Library Manager (SLM)".
=> Run SLM.
=> Drag and drop the included "Content" folder to the SLM GUI.
=> Install all. Done!
If you do not have SLM, install it manually.
=> Copy the "Content" folder to "%PROGRAMDATA%Steinberg".

You should also install:
Steinberg.Groove.Agent.5.Content-R2R
