PHONETIC connects the organic and digital worlds in the best traditions of the former Riot Audio instruments, and is Native Instrument's Kontakt 6 Innovationsvocalmorphing engine. It utilizes a wide range of monophthongs and diatonics (ah, eh, ba, la, vv, etc.) as the basis for musical sound design. Although technically a sample library, the architecture and resulting sounds are more reminiscent of a synthesizer.

PHONETIC's pulses, percussion pads, keys, and other sounds are not limited to the original player's range, so they can be played across the entire range of the keyboard. Prepare to be mesmerized by loops, swirls, and gradually unfolding velvety soundscapes.

PHONETIC is a syllable-based vocal morphing engine for Native Instrument's Kontakt 6. It is loaded with 44 female and male vowel/consonant performances, recorded in a wide range of three layers: Body, Loops and Air.

A total of over 3,000 possible sound combinations can be sculpted into an ever-evolving array of percussion pads, pulses, percussion pad/pulse combinations, as well as key and booster sounds using the Shape, Morphing and Movement controls in the user interface.

PHONETIC contains 125 presets, ranging from minimalist-style looping female monophony, to gently evolving resonant peak-filtered percussive pad tones, to hard-hitting distorted riser tones.

The home screen contains the top level controls for layers, including:

This layer contains sustained sibilant consonants such as "ff", "sh", "vv", and more. Unique layer controls allow for weight control (amount of low-end body).
