The transcription feature automatically transcribes video and audio clips! Simply select the clips in the media pool, then use the menu to select Audio Transcription and transcribe. You can mark in and out points to edit or delete text, generate subclips, add markers and even eliminate mutes.

Improved cut page editing
Three new menus have been added to the Cut Page Timeline for faster, more flexible editing. Use the Timeline Options, Timeline Actions, and Edit Actions to toggle ripple editing, trim edit points to the playhead, trim and resynchronize audio, change the appearance of the timeline, and more!

Automatic creation of subtitles
The Auto Captioning feature on the Cutting and Editing page automatically transcribes speech from the timeline to text and to a caption track on the timeline. To activate this feature, simply click Create Subtitles from Audio in the Timeline menu. Once analyzed, click on an individual subtitle to modify it in the Inspector.

Scene clipping detection
Scene clipping detection can now be performed directly on the clipping timeline. Simply navigate to the Timeline menu and click Detect Scene Cuts. The content of the selected clip will be analyzed and trim points will be automatically placed on each new edit in the rendered clip. Clients can modify or delete trim points as needed.

On the cut page, dragging the lower portion of the clip individually adjusts the audio track so that the dialog can be heard before the video clip plays, or continues after the video clip plays.
