1. If you previously installed using a pirated serial number, uninstall it completely. Delete all CyberlinkPowerDirector23 entries in the registry.
(If you have PowerDirector Essential 23 installed, please remove it completely as it is a garbage file.)

2. Clear all Cyberlink user folders in the ProgramData, Roaming, and LocalAppData directories.

3. Install my pre-activated installer, and when it is complete, close the program but do not start it.

4. Consolidation of the provided Reg Patch.reg

5. Copy Simkey from the Fix folder to the following path and replace it:

C:Program FilesCyberLinkPowerDirector23

4. Immediately open, import MKV or MP4, click the "Export" button, select HEVC or any codec you want to output, production, waiting for the HEVC codec component download is complete, once complete, everything is done.

* CyberLink has removed the offline activation of codecs and the HEVC Extra Output feature, so you will need to allow connections in order to output. Codec activation will occur automatically after the patch is installed.

* All features are enabled in the flagship version. ai features may require a valid subscription account and login to the 365 version, which is not known at this time.
