that if you have any plugin module registered under
R2R method, that it should not overwrite it. At least this
is the idea at hand, with onlyifdoesntexist being used
in the script. It is a way of saying thank you
to R2R, and extra thank you to V.R because
it goes the longest way to help with “good” releases
from previous work – whatever, whatever, you get what I
mean? Everybody rocks, especially active teams in any
