Session Drums Club is a multi-sample library of world-class acoustic drums that were recorded with plenty of natural room ambience to give realistic depth and organic vibes to the rhythm section.

The 4.5 GB of sampled drums in this pack are divided into 8 standard drum racks and 8 MPE drum racks. Each rack represents a complete kit captured in an acoustic space of outstanding sound quality, reminiscent of classic recordings of the past.

Individual drums include base drums of various sizes played with felt or plastic mallets, as well as snare drums, side drums, rims, and tom-toms. Tinker cymbals, crash cymbals, crash cymbals and china cymbals, as well as pedal cymbals are available in a variety of sizes and articulations, and can be played through pedals and the tips or shanks of drumsticks. Samples of tambourines and cowbells are also included.

The kit loads as a drum rack with eight macro controls for tuning, enveloping and equalizing each individual drum beat. Each drum in the rack has its own channel, so it can have its own effects and routings.The MPE kit is designed to be played on MPE-enabled controllers such as the new Push, which allows the user to change the position and pressure of the fingers as they play, adding extra depth and control.

Session Drums Club also includes 20 MIDI clips featuring a variety of styles and patterns performed by renowned professional drummer Shawn Pelton. Each clip comes with a complete drum set, and you can easily swap out entire drum racks or individual drums to create your own customized kit.
