BasiQ2 is an updated version of Baxandall Simple Equalizer, a free 3-band equalizer.plug-in (software component). This simple and straightforward pitch-shaping tool is modeled after the classic shelving Baxandall Equalizer style, known for its smooth slopes and natural filters. We've overhauled the entire engine and interface, and added new features to this versatile pitch-shaping device.

BasiQ2's intuitive controls allow you to add presence, clear the mids, or boost the bass as needed. Ideal for mixing and mastering with neutral and wide bandwidths, it's more useful as a beautification tool than as a surgical or corrective EQ.
