, this has been going on for a while now for a number of reasons, both personal and professional, and I won't bore you with the details, but after many delays I've decided to put it out there and let y'all take it apart!The
I'm posting KLU version 2 as a ßeta because there's a whole new section of additions being reviewed here!
So what's new in KLU version 2?
First.What isn't!It is still free for your personal use. Just don't sell it or claim it as yours, that's all.
It should run on Intel and Mac Silicon like V1, and then go back to Mac OS 10.13 High Sierra and El Capitan 10.12, albeit untested. It definitelywill not (act, happen etc)Runs on earlier systems because some Mac libraries are not in those systems.
So.What's new??
The interface has undergone some changes, more in some places than others, although those familiar with KLU V1 should still feel right at home. These sections are now presented as tabs (there are currently three!) The third tab is a brand new section that contains theartifact（I hope so.).
The entire front end of the software has been rewritten and optimized for speed. Everything is done in the initial scan, which is slightly longer than the V1 initial scan, but all anomaly searches are done in this scan, which is the only scan with much more complete results.
The NICNT utility now goes some way towards meeting the needs of Kontakt 7's new library browser wallpaper.
Added some aesthetic preferences ...... you can keep windows centered, store changed window sizes, that sort of thing ......

Some minor bugs and interface corrections

- Added batch loading and deletion of Kontakt libraries.
- Removed plugins added as Kontakt library entries (e.g.) Waves
- Various errors were corrected:
1) Corrected the French menu (by compiling it on an English system!) The
2) no longer allows the saving of auxiliary wallpapers without loading the library.
3) SNPID substitution duplicate check doubling.
4) Some cosmetic changes.
