MiniMeters is a simple standalone audio metering application for Windows. You can monitor system audio*, any input, or plug in the MiniMetersServer plug-in (VST3/AU/CLAP) at the end of the master channel in the DAW of your choice. View instant LUFS loudness.

View the stereo width and balance of the audio in 3 modes: "Zoom" zooms in on audio at lower volumes to show details that may have been missed." Linear "Displays a unipolar view of the audio." Lissajous" displays purely Lissajous features.
Switch the color to "RGB" or "Multiband" to view both stereo width and frequency content.

Immediately see a detailed waveform view of the audio. Using the Pitch Track mode, you can easily view the shape of the waveform.
spectrum analyzer
View the frequency content of the audio in Left/Right or Center/Side mode.
"Frequency Readout" displays the loudest frequencies in your audio. Great for finding notes or tricking your friends into thinking you have perfect pitch.
Turn the Slope to 4.5dB to simulate the default slope of a FabFilter Pro Q 3 or Voxengo Span and have the mix appear flat on the meter, as I did.
